Refund policy
At House of Pabs, we want you to love your purchase. If you've changed your mind, we're happy to help with a return, provided the following conditions are met.
Changed Your Mind?
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for all non-faulty items.
Please include your order number with your return, this can be printed from your order confirmation or handwritten.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, please see or refund processing below.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We're sorry if your order isn't perfect.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@houseofpabs.com with:

Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Our team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
